Pythos YTDL is a YouTube downloader application written entirely in Java that makes downloading of YouTube videos very easy. Here are some of the features of Pythos:
easy to use. It comes with no installer, hence very straight forward to use. The official build from the developer contains no adware, malware, or virus.

You need to install Java runtime environment (at least Java 7) to be able to use this application, as it's written in Java.Here are some screenshots:

The application currently doesn't support videos that require age verification, hence you'll encounter an error telling you "No links found for this video", although this is not the only cause of this error.
